It is understood that the first month’s dues will be collected upon joining. Monthly payments will be collected through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system using a major credit card or checking account. Any accounts declared past due as a result of insufficient funds or any other issues related to non-payment will be subject to a $35.00 service charge. Failure to correct this within seven days of written notice from P4P Boxing & Fitness, LLC will result in suspension of membership and will be subject to a $50.00 reactivation fee. P4P Boxing & Fitness, LLC reserves the right to put members into collections for non receivement of payment at any time. Freeze Policy Only EFT memberships may be frozen for a fee of $5.00 per month while on freeze. Must be frozen before the 27th of each month.

Annual Maintenance Fee

We charge an annual maintenance fee of $19.99. The $19.99 fee you pay is dependent on your join/sign up date (commonly mid-way through your membership) is your annual maintenance fee for studio improvements such as new equipment, making renovations and/or other much-needed improvements or repairs. Annual fees are billed to a member once per year.
